Our service center at our headquarters in Bretten coordinates the deployments of our national and international service specialists. When parts need to be replaced, we use only genuine SIGMA spare parts to ensure your operational reliability.

Spare parts service

Genuine SIGMA spare parts ensure greater reliability in your production process and avoid unplanned downtime. If replacement parts are needed, a comprehensive range of original spare parts is available in our central warehouse at our headquarters in Bretten. By documenting previous equipment deliveries, we can determine the quality and design of the initially delivered parts and ensure that replacement parts meet the proven original Schmidt quality standards. If new production is required, the parts can be made available or procured within a very short time.

Reconditioning

The SIGMA reconditioning service offers a cost-effective, high-quality inspection of your SIGMA plate heat exchangers or heat transfer plates. In the event of wear, particularly of the plate gaskets, we offer professional cleaning and inspection of the heat transfer plates.
The plates can be refitted as necessary with original SIGMA gaskets within a very short time. If continued use of defective plates is not possible, completely new plates are usually available at short notice.
All plates undergo a pressure test in our test center before being put back into operation.
