These Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to all orders placed by API Schmidt-Bretten GmbH & Co. KG for the procurement of goods and services. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms of the supplier become a constituent part of the contract only with our express written consent.
Orders are only binding if issued in writing by our purchasing department. The supplier shall confirm receipt and acceptance of the order within five (5) working days.
Prices stated in the order are fixed prices in euros and include packaging, transport, insurance and customs unless otherwise expressly agreed. Payment terms: 60 days net or 30 days with 3% cash discount, calculated from the date of receipt of correct invoice and proper delivery.
Agreed delivery dates and deadlines are binding. The supplier shall notify us in writing without delay if delays are foreseeable.
The supplier warrants that all goods conform to the agreed specifications, are free from defects and comply with applicable laws.
