Does the discount apply to all product families? +
Yes — the tiered discount applies to replacement plates and gaskets for all covered units across SIGMA, SIGMADUAL, SIGMASHELL and SIGMAWIG.
Can SIGMACOVER cover non-API heat exchangers? +
SIGMACOVER is built around the SIGMA family (SIGMA, SIGMADUAL, SIGMASHELL, SIGMAWIG). We can quote inspection-only service visits for third-party heat exchangers in a mixed fleet, but the OEM parts discount and full contract coverage apply only to API Schmidt-Bretten units. Can I mix tiers across my fleet? +
Absolutely. Each unit is enrolled individually. Assign Essential to low-risk units, Professional to production-critical ones — and volume discounts still apply across the full fleet.
What happens if a unit is beyond economic repair? +
We offer replacement at preferential rates.
Is the contract annual or multi-year? +
Contracts run for 12 months and renew automatically. Multi-year commitments unlock a discount on the annual fee: 5% off for a 2-year term, 10% off for a 3-year term.
How is my quote price determined? +
Your price reflects your actual unit count, model series, and average installation age. Volume discounts are applied automatically.
