Our all-welded plate heat exchangers in the SIGMAWIG series represent the most compact, rugged and cost-effective means of transferring heat in many industrial applications. SIGMAWIG plate heat exchangers are available in various sizes. Our tried-and-tested TIG welding technology offers significant advantages, particularly in terms of robustness and corrosion resistance. In addition to stainless steels, a range of materials with higher resistance are also available.
Our SIGMAWIG series expands the existing application areas of seal-less plate heat exchangers in terms of operational reliability, pressure, tightness, durability and temperature limits. SIGMAWIG heat exchangers feature optimized plate embossing patterns that create homogeneous distribution and highly turbulent flow in true counter-flow. The result is high efficiency in a very compact design.
Compared to all-welded shell-and-tube heat exchangers, our plate heat exchangers are significantly smaller and, due to reduced material requirements, represent the most economical solution for your heat transfer application.
